I just tried installing Sharepoint Portal Server, and now my IIS will not

allow me to create a new virtual server. I get the message:

"Cannot create a file when that file already exists "

I've googled on this but found nothing the corresponds to my situation --

i.e., this is an entirely new name, not a rename, not something that should

be in the database already. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Hollis

the same IP Address, Port and Host Header Name.

      It sounds like you are....
